The Help Desk Associate acts as a liaison between technical staff and tenants, supporting facility operations and ensuring tenant requests are addressed promptly. This role also handles administrative tasks, procurement, and assists in coordinating maintenance schedules for the Facility and Security Supervisor and Technician.
Key Responsibilities
• Tenant Support: Serve as the main contact for tenant requests, logging issues, and coordinating responses from the technical team.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain records, schedules, and reports related to maintenance, security, and tenant services. Prepare documentation as needed.
• Procurement: Assist with purchasing maintenance supplies, tools, and office materials. Track inventory and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Help schedule inspections, maintenance tasks, and contractor visits, keeping tenants informed of any service interruptions.
• Communication: Act as a bridge between tenants and technical staff, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding maintenance activities and facility updates.
Requirement
- Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative support, or facility management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with facility management software is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to supporting both tenants and technical staff.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to learn and support facility operations.
- Good command of English.
- Speaking Chinese is an advantage.
