Indochina Kajima celebrates Pre-Opening of Core5 Factory Village Hai Phong in tandem with Belgium B-Festival.

HAI PHONG, Vietnam – September 29, 2023 – Indochina Kajima, the owner of Core5 Hai Phong, will celebrate a notable milestone moment with the Pre-Opening Ceremony of Core5 Factory Village on October 6th

The Pre-Opening Ceremony will take place in Deep C 2 IZ Hai Phong where Core5 is located, a strategic location that beckons overseas investors with its superior infrastructure and highly sustainable planning.

The Opening Ceremony both pays respect to the accomplishment of its development team and celebrates the start of operation of the first-ever two blocks in the first Core5 Factory Village, a thriving environment for growth and prosperity for the years to come. Indochina Kajima will continue its unique celebration with guests at its Pavilion on B-fest during the opening night. Guests will be able to celebrate and taste a blend of cultures and enjoy networking while WiNK Hotel, an affiliate of Indochina Kajima, caters to their needs.

Two more projects are under construction include Core5 Quang Ninh and Core5 Hung Yen. These projects are scheduled to supply nearly 141,000m2 of factories for lease throughout by early 2024.
